MD Shawn is a local Denham Court NSW 2565 resident and experienced building and timber pest building inspector.

MD Shawn has over 10 years building industry experience, with an innate knowledge of pest management.

MD is highly skilled and has completed qualifications in:

• Diploma of Building and Construction (2021)
• Certificate IV in Building and Construction (2023)
• Diploma & Advanced Diploma in Business Management (2010)
• Bachelor of Commerce (2013)
• Certificate III in Carpentry (2017)
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) (2015)
• Pest Inspection Course (CPPUPM3008 & CPPUPM3010)
